In a social media culture of hashtags, the term "boss" is used often. Leveraging a diverse panel of women and men, this session will unpack the real meaning of a "boss" and re-examine the definition of leadership as influence regardless of position in an organization. Intentionally designed through a gender lens, this session will also provide strategies for building effective professional relationships with male and female leadership.
