Traci Scott
Traci R. Scott is an advanced professional in nonprofit program and organizational management with over 20 years’ experience. Currently, Ms. Scott leads NUL’s Urban Tech Jobs Program, an accelerated pathway for the long-term unemployed to work in the tech sector in several cities nationally. Prior to NUL, she was as the Director of Education and Workforce Development at Covenant House New York, one of the nation’s largest shelters for homeless youth and young adults, and 10 years in out-of-school time program management. Her work in NJ’s first district-wide school-based afterschool program was published in The Foundation Review and earned her an appointment on the Mayor of Trenton’s Youth Development Task Force. As a leader in her community she has serve as a board or advisory member to a number of nonprofits such as the United Way of Mercer County and SUNY’s Manhattan Education Opportunity Center. Ms. Scott holds a BA from Kenyon College (OH) and a MPA from City University of NY for which she is a National Urban Fellow. In her leisure, one may equally find her spending time in nature, on her way to a far off destination, or catching brunch in the City with loved ones.
