Shanti Das is an accomplished entertainment executive, entrepreneur, mentor, author, philanthropist and Speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of Press Reset Entertainment, an Atlanta-based firm launched in 2009 to serve as an entertainment concierge service. The firm provides marketing and strategy for music acts, talent booking for private and corporate events, celebrity procurement, brand influencer marketing, and special event assistance.
Das’ 25 plus year career in the music industry career includes positions at Capitol Records, Sony Urban Music, and Universal Motown, where she worked directly with top talent like Outkast, Usher, Prince, and more.
Das combined her passion and talent for empowerment, community and culture to rebrand herself as the Hip-Hop Professional® – someone that is skilled in a particular profession, performs at the highest level, gives back, and loves hip-hop culture.
Das mentors students across the country via her successful College Chat Room Tour, in which she teaches business and leadership traits and shares her journey of going from intern to Executive Vice President to entrepreneur.
Das is author of The Hip‐Hop Professional 2.0: A Woman’s Guide to Climbing the Ladder of Success in the Entertainment Business, which offers advice and wisdom to aspiring and established industry professionals.
