Sandy Harris has been working with organizations to create diverse, inclusive and high performing work environments for over 25 years. Spanning six Fortune 500 companies and a premier international organizational development and training consulting firm, her progressively responsible experiences have led her to now serve as the Vice President, Global Diversity & Inclusion, at Sodexo.
Prior to joining Sodexo, Sandy served as the Corporate Director of Global Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement for Medtronic, the world’s largest medical technology company, where she and her team developed comprehensive global strategies, systems, processes and programs to further Medtronic’s strategic global business aspirations as well as consulted with senior leadership to further their engagement through tailored strategies, metrics and actions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
