Brisé was a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 108th District from 2006 to July 23, 2010, when he resigned his seat to accept an appointment to the Florida Public Service Commission. He served as Democratic Whip from 2006-2008.
Brisé has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the IPIP Corporation and a teacher at the Miami Union Academy of Seventh-Day Adventists.
Brisé is a member of the Haitian American Grassroots Coalition Board, Haitian American Scholarship Fund Board, Vice President of the Miami Union Academy Alumni Association, and member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, National Association for the Advancement of Science, National Science Educators Association, and National Science Teachers Association.
