Rob Mathews

Rob Matthews is a native of Columbus, Ohio area growing up here since he was 7 years old.  Rob was raised in the Delaware, Ohio where he played basketball for Delaware Hayes High School and went on to play college basketball for four years at Urbana University.  Rob has been an Executive Recruiter for the last three years working for companies such as CMax Advisors and Parker & Lynch.  Rob specializes in Accounting & Finance recruiting at Parker & Lynch but has experience recruiting in the sales, marketing & advertising and small businesses.  Outside of work Rob’s biggest passion is giving back to the community, he organizes numerous youth community service events every year and is an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Columbus State Community College helping student-athletes earn scholarships to four year universities.  Rob has two beautiful children, Ava (8) & Cam (3).  Rob’s famous quote is “With confidence, you have won before you started”- Marcus Garvey
