Ousman Jobe is a Strategic Partnerships Manager at LinkedIn, which operates the world’s largest professional network on the internet with more than 500 million members in over 200 countries.

He manages enterprise level relationships at a wide variety of firms ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Ousman’s clients are in ultra-competitive industries who seek scarce A-List talent to help outperform their competition. Working with C level executives and progressive talent acquisition teams, he and his team develop creative strategies to harness the power of social media to attract the best employees. Out of 4,000 colleagues, he was recognized as a 2015 culture hero for transforming his career and his impact across the company.

Before his last four years at LinkedIn, Ousman spent 15 years in management consulting, executive search and brand management.

He has a passion for helping people find their best career and nailing their professional brand.

He was born in the smallest country on mainland Africa (The Gambia) and has lived or worked in 15 countries. Ousman is fluent in French and Wolof. He loves spending time with his family and on the soccer pitch.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

He is based out of LinkedIn’s New York City & Washington D.C. offices and manages client relationships across the Eastern seaboard.
