Nichole Francis Reynolds is Director of U.S. Government Affairs at MasterCard, responsible for shaping and promoting the interests of MasterCard in the areas of tax, trade, privacy, cyber and data security, intellectual property and emerging payments. As a lawyer and lobbyist, she works with members of Congress, Administration officials, and industry associations on global payment issues.

Reynolds has a unique combination of legal, legislative, and political experience. Through her various Capitol Hill experiences, she became adept at building relationships with members of Congress and staff on both sides of the aisle to pass bipartisan legislation and advance policies that improve the lives of all Americans.  

Prior to Capitol Hill, Reynolds defended clients in Washington, D.C. on professional malpractice, employment litigation, trade and antitrust claims and legislative matters. She also defended clients dealing with health care and automobile products liability in Baker Donelson’s Nashville office.

Reynolds is the recipient of several awards, including Ebony Magazine’s “30 Leaders of the Future”, Eastern Michigan University Alumni Achievement Award, and was named a rising star in The Washington Post’s 2011 “Who Runs Government” feature. Reynolds is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Corporate Advisory Council and the National Urban League’s Urban Solutions Council.
