Mia-Hairston

Mia Hairston is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Nationwide. She has enterprise-wide responsibilities for the strategy and execution of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion’s initiatives for over 33,000 Nationwide associates.

Mia holds a B.S. degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) & Certified Diversity Practitioner (CDP) designations, along with a Change Management & White Belt Certification. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions within Marketing Strategy & Analytics, Human Resources, Financial Sales & Service Operations and Training.
