LaToshia Norwood is the Managing Partner of L’Renee & Associates, a project management consultancy firm. She has a successful track record in managing accounts and leading complex multi-million dollar projects.
Norwood is a Project Management Institute Houston Director, a corporate trainer for Houston Community College, and a preferred consultant of the Houston Area Urban League. She coaches entrepreneurs and businesses professionals in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She also works closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to ensure expected outcomes are achieved and seamless implementation of the clients’ vision. Norwood leverages her expertise in project management, consulting, training, brand development & management for local and national brands to help clients shift from a winging it approach to executing a well-developed strategic plan.
Norwood has earned the globally recognized and demanded Project Management Institute Project Management Professional PMP® credential, the most recognized certification for project managers. She has received several honors and awards for professional excellence, including the Patrice Johnson Award from Leadership Houston.
Norwood is a Leadership Houston Alumni; a member of The Junior League of Houston; Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated; and serves on the executive board of professional and nonprofit organizations.
