Upon arriving in New York to pursue a career in the music industry, Kelly Jackson landed internships at major companies like RCA Records, EMI, and Columbia Records, which afforded her opportunities to work with talented executives and artists.

Jackson has built a strong resume working with music and entertainment companies StepSun  Music/Tommy  Boy, TreMedia, V. Brown & Co., and Sony  Music. She has garnered valuable knowledge, networking skills, and experience throughout her career to create her own entity, OverDeliver Entertainment. The  company  focuses  on  executing  effective  marketing campaigns  and  strategies  for  clients. Past and present clients include Paul Mooney, Deborah Cox, author and film producer Nelson George, Sway Calloway, and many others. 

In addition to her business duties, Jackson  is the  Supervising Show Producer for SiriusXM Shade  45  morning  show, Sway  In  the  Morning  Show  and  Managing  Editor  of  its accompanying  website, swaysuniverse.com. She is also the host of health and wellness segment on Sway in the Morning called First Aid with Kelly KinKaid. The weekly radio segment focuses on important health topics like hypertension, depression, cancer, obesity, and all things that elevate the mind, body and soul. Past guests include Dr.  Ian  Smith,  Iyanla  Vanzant, Jillian Michaels, and others.
