Karen Wilhite is the Regional Vice President for Adecco Staffing USA leading teams in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee.  Karen’s mission is to provide outstanding talent and workforce solutions to clients as an employer to the citizens of each community.

Karen believes in giving back to her organizations which hold a special place in her heart.  She has served on the board for Hat’s for Hope, volunteered at Gilda’s Club and Making Strides for Breast Cancer annual walk as well as a mentor to high school and collegiate officials. Karen’s passion for young women in the community is by far her passion since 1986 Karen has impacted young women in the Louisville volunteering her time to coach at St. Denis, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, St. Raphael, St. Paul as well as Holy Cross High School while working to foster her career in officiating. Karen’s impact on the Southwest part of our Jefferson County has been extensive. Not only did she give time to coaching and officiating she organized fund raising to assist the funding for the programs serving patrons at Churchill Downs during KY Derby Week, PGA and Senior PGA at Valhalla.

She is passionate about diversity, the progression of young women and developing future leaders. She is a former NCAA Division 1 - 1998 Final Four & WNBA & ABL Women’s Basketball Referee and USA Basketball Official.

  Karen fell in love with the staffing industry as an Account Executive and has quickly progressed to a fierce leader in the industry.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus in Occupational Training & Development from the University of Louisville.  She is a graduate of Leadership Louisville 2018 and an Executive Sponsor to Adecco USA in Culture. Karen has been a single mother her entire life to her daughter Lauren.  In 2015, she acquired Michael as her son-in-law.  With the addition to her grandson, Matthew, she can now add “Oma” to her list of titles.
