Jovian Zayne is a management and professional development consultant with over a decade of experience in change management, and global leadership development. She leads the OnPurpose Movement, a collective committed to helping organizations and individuals “live and work OnPurpose,” through targeted coaching, public speaking and facilitation experiences. Jovian is a recognized thought leader in the professional development and diversity training field, and has a client list that includes: Columbia University, Harvard University, The Clinton Foundation, The Aspen Institute and Janelle Monáe’s Wondaland Records. She has been featured in the Levo League, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise, and The Root. She is the founder of the annual International Day of Purpose®, a day created to inspire people of all generations to celebrate, and activate the power of their purpose. The 2016 International Day of Purpose was celebrated from Los Angeles to Johannesburg and resulted in two trending hashtags: #DayofPurpose and #TeachOnPurpose.

Jovian is an IGNITE leadership fellow with NYU’s Wagner Graduate School for Public Service and a sought after speaker, facilitator, and coach. Originally from North Carolina, Jovian currently lives in New York City, and has a BA in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was the first black woman to be elected Senior Class President
