Jametta Jenkins is a Relationship Management Executive, managing the Bank’s relationship with the rating agencies on servicing related matters and the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Home Preservation Office, which is charged with implementation of the Obama Administration’s Making Home Affordable Program.  In this role, she is responsible for managing regular routines and engagements with the entities, responding to all inquiries and requests, escalating issues and concerns impacting the bank’s performance, ensuring that the Bank maintains strong performance ratings on the respective performance assessments, engaging with Treasury on key policy matters, and ensuring that the Bank receives payment of earned servicer incentives. In addition, Jametta leads the bank’s Anti-Blight Task Force and LMI Task Force. 

Before joining Bank of America in April 2012, Jametta served in various leadership roles at Fannie Mae in credit risk management, product development and servicing management.

Jametta received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University, and her MBA with honors from the George Washington University School of Business. She is also a member of the National Association of Female Executives and Women in Housing and Finance.
