Howard-Jean
Howard R. Jean is the Principal of SEIL consulting firm, which specializes in collaborating with organizations and institutions to develop programs, campaigns, and marketing strategies to address multi-faceted issues targeted at niche communities. Jean is also a national representative for the nationally recognized Call Me MISTER Teacher Leadership program which recruits, trains and certifies minority male teachers.
Jean has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Tavis Smiley Radio Show, USA Today, Associated Press articles, Jet, Essence, The Root, on the cover of ARETE Magazine, and a plethora of media outlets for his work in entrepreneurship and education. Jean was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine, where he shared insight on becoming successful in a global society. Jean recently appeared on TV One’s News One Now with Roland Martin, where he discussed his initiative, BME Institute, created to develop minority millennial entrepreneurs nationally with the United States Black Chambers.
Jean holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education and Masters of Science degree in Education in Social and Philosophical Foundations. He volunteers with educational programs for youth, mentors the next generation of classroom educators, and teaches tennis to inner-city students.
