David Carter

David E. Carter was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational high School. After noticing the lack of support his peers experienced while chasing their dreams, David started his own production company in 2012 entitled Pharaoh Power Productions & Management. "Making Royalty a Reality" is not only the company motto, but is the passage he lives by; David E. Carter has always had a passion to lead his peers in a positive direction. In 2014, David joined 32BJ's union committee to build a union for security officers in Baltimore. These actions lead him to the White House to meet President Obama and join him on stage discussing the minimum wage law. In the same year David became the President of National Action Network Youth Move Baltimore Chapter and in 2015, David Co-Founded The Millennial Coalition with his colleague Brianna N. Patterson. Currently, David has partnered with various youth leaders to start a national tour  that will cater to the millennial generation by keeping millennials  informed about topics surrounding health and wellness, social issues, and information in order to remain active in the movement towards equality and justice for all. David is geared to show the world the importance of allowing the millennial generations voice to be heard. He’s lived in his community all his life and has witnessed what once was a thriving community to now becoming a community that seems to be forgotten. Understanding the trials his hometown is facing David decided to begin working with youth organizations encouraging millennials to work towards the betterment of their communities. In the Spring of 2017 David E. Carter will be attending Coppin State University majoring in Criminal Justice.
