Bernard Boudreaux is a Director in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Target Corporation. He leads Stakeholder Engagement initiatives for Target CSR, and partners with local Target stores to oversee community involvement programs and resource contributions in arts and culture, community safety, diversity and inclusion, education, social services, and youth wellness, as well as sponsorships, community outreach initiatives, volunteerism and reputation management for Target. He joined the company in 1987 as a Business Analyst and has held numerous leadership positions in the company during his career. 

Boudreaux serves as an advisor for the Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals – the premier professional association in the field of corporate philanthropy, and for BoardSource – the only national organization focused exclusively on nonprofit governance by building exceptional nonprofit boards and inspiring board service.

Target contributes 5% of its profits to the communities it serves, which, today, equates to over $4 million every week. Forbes has ranked Target as “America’s Most Generous Corporation,” while Fortune has ranked Target as one of “America’s Most Admired Companies.” For the past several years, Diversity Inc. rated Target #1 among retailers, and within the top 25 companies on the overall “Diversity Inc.
