Andre Williams

André Williams is an experienced strategic communication advisor with over 20 years’ proven success in various industries (sports, media, medical, environmental, oil and gas, entertainment, education). He currently serves as the founder and principal consultant for the full-service firm Answer Key, where he advises clients on public relations and strategic communication strategies.

André has been successful in creating strategic partnerships for major companies like Shell, HCA, and Black Enterprise Magazine, and has been recognized by several NGOs for his work in social and digital media strategies. He also serves as a contributing writer to several online and print publications.

More recently, André has advised athletes and sports teams by managing crises, providing media training, and developing social media and community relations campaigns.
André also teaches public relations and strategic communication courses as an Instructor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he recently created a Sports Communication Minor for students majoring in Kinesiology and Sports Management. He sits on several community boards, and advises the university’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), National Association of Black Journalist (NABJ), and the university’s Student-run Strategic Communication Firm.

André holds a Master of Science in Communication, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Design.
