To combat health disparities within the African American community, the National Urban League is working to help individuals manage their health with a specific focus on heart health, emotional well-being and breast health (for women). Come learn how to take action in your community for better health outcomes.  This conversation will also highlight key findings and trends from leading health professionals and discuss how health policy impacts an individual's overall health and well-being.
