Toyota

Greetings,

On behalf of the more than 47,000 Toyota team members in North America, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the National Urban League's 2018 Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio. Toyota is proud to once again serve as a National Title Sponsor of this year's event. We are also proud to be your partner for more than 25 years, serving on national and local boards, sponsoring the National Urban League and working with affiliates across the country to launch significant education, job training and scholarship programs for young people.

Toyota sold its first car in the U.S. in 1957 and began manufacturing here in 1972.  We have been a part of the cultural fabric in the U.S. for more than 60 years.  We want to build more than just great cars and trucks.  We want to build great places to live.  By sharing our principles and practices with our community partners, we strive toward a better future for all.  So, we deeply appreciate the vital role the National Urban League and its affiliates play in our nation and in our local communities by working towards creating economic empowerment, educational opportunities and civil rights for all.

Toyota applauds the National Urban League for its important and inspirational work, and we look forward to many more years of our strong partnership.

Enjoy the conference and Let’s Go Places Together!
